  • Able to respond quickly to referrals (within 24 hours)

True Colours helps with:

  • Care for children and young people with serious, chronic or life limiting illness from birth to 18 years of age
  • Specialist clinical and emotional support from the time of diagnosis
  • Support at home, in hospital or at True Colours
  • Support for the families of the sick child/young person
  • Advocacy for children and families
  • Facilitating conversations with health professionals
  • Counselling for children/young people, siblings and parents
  • A range of therapeutic modalities such as play therapy and art therapy
  • Bereavement support to family inclusive of siblings and friends
  • Collaborative relationships with a range of community services
