On Tuesday 6 November 2012 A great afternoon of food, drink fundraising and entertainment was had by all who attended.

The Long Lunch 2012

The hats and fascinator's were out, the tables set, background music by Soundwave and the venue (The Atrium at WINTEC) looked fantastic, all that was needed was a good time and plenty of laughter.  Our guest speaker for 2012 was Paul Ego from Seven Days fame,  who started the afternoon off with humour.  After a scrumptious meal prepared by Kerr Ladbrook, the auction for the horses in the big race, The Melbourne Cup, was completed.  There was fierce competition to achieve the highest bid and win the best horse in the race.  The auction of goods and services donated through the generosity of businesses and individuals made this part of the day very successful.  True Colours are extremely grateful to all who donated goods and services, to make this day such a huge success. Without your support this part of the afternoon would not be possible.   The highlight of the day was the Fashion in the Field competition sponsored by Polished Image.  With so many well dressed guests, finding a winner was a difficult decision.

The total amount raised for the Long Lunch was $43000.
